This walking group will operate under Arthritis Ireland guidelines including taking participants contact details.

Trained Nordic Pole Walking Leaders lead a strolling group for people with arthritis and related conditions on Thursdays at 11 am.

Where: The Mall Leisure Centre Reception area.
