Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Jogging

This group will operate under Arthritis Ireland guidelines including taking participants contact details

When: 

Every Friday at 8:30 pm

Where: 

Tralee Sports Centre

Aqua Jogging/Aerobics for people with arthritis and related conditions. 

Participants will also have access to the sauna and steam room which can help a person's condition.

Participants do not need to be able to swim to participate!
