5km a Day for National Arthritis Week

I'd like to try raise some much needed funds for research Into this disease. I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis coming up on 4 years now and so I wish to try raise some funds for the cause. I'll be doing my 5km or more a day. 😘
