Adapted Yoga for Adults Under 50 Living With Arthritis and Related Conditions

Our adapted yoga classes have been designed for people living with arthritis, fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions. This is an on-going, low impact exercise programme that can help to relieve pain, strengthen muscles, improve balance, reduce stress and improve sleep quality.

Our qualified yoga instructor focuses on breathing exercises, body scanning, relaxation techniques and adapting traditional yoga poses to cater for all mobility needs (seated poses and standing poses with chair support for balance). Whether you're a complete beginner or you've attended our previous classes, everyone is welcome and we'd love to see you there!

Cost: €38.37 (incl. booking fee) for 4-week programme.

Starts Tuesday 2nd April to 23rd April 2019 from 7.30 - 8.30pm

Venue: St. Kevin's Community Centre is situated in Bloomfield Avenue, Dublin 8. It is accessible by nearby Dublin Bus routes 9, 16, 16C, 16D, 49, 54A, 68, 68A and 122. Street parking is available on nearby streets but cannot be guaranteed.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat, other equipment will be supplied.

Medical clearance will be required in advance of the first class.
