Aqua aerobics is a type of exercise that is recommended when you have a chronic condition, as the water's buoyancy supports the body's weight, this in turn reduces stress on the joints and minimises pain.

There are classes taking place in the following Sligo venues which are suitable for people living with arthritis. You do not have to be able to swim to take part in these classes.

Sligo Park Hotel
Monday evening - 6:30 - 7:15
Wednesday morning - 10:30 - 11:15
Friday morning - 11:30 - 12:15
Ongoing classes take place though out the year (excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays)
New Members always welcome.
