Are you one of the 20,000+ people taking part in one of Europe's biggest marathons this October?

If so - you are probably well on your way preparing for, and clearly focused on running 26 miles, 385 yards around Dublin, on Sunday 28th October next.

If you're running the marathon this year - why not do it to help us to build a better world for people living with arthritis today. And a world without arthritis tomorrow.

Running 26 miles, 385 yards. Between 55,000 and 65,000 strides.

But not everyone understand that pain, the frustration of arthritis. Not everyone knows that 1 in 5 of use live with arthritis - that it is the single biggest cause of disability in Ireland.

Not many will appreciate that for someone living with arthritis, any one of 55,000 steps might be a challenge. Any one of those 26 miles, a marathon all by itself.
