I was diagnoised with Arthritis in my twenties and have been a committee member of The Arthritis Ireland Kildare Branch for the past 6 years. I personally have had my ups and downs this year with my Arthritis becoming more active. As we all know this year has been tough one for many people. On top of living with Arthritis people have had to adjust to the current situation with Covid-19 and this has had a knock on effect of peoples health both physically and mentally. It has also had a knock effect for charitable orgaisations and much needed funding.

This is why I am walking 10km in 10 days to try and raise so funds for Arthritis Ireland in the VHIs Virtual Mini Marathon 2020.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little. Anything helps. Thank you for your support. I've included information about Arthritis Ireland below.

To ensure that every person living with arthritis in Ireland is supported to live a full and active life, having access to appropriate health services and treatments. We work to ensure an enhanced quality of life for people living with arthritis, minimising the devastating effects that arthritis can have on lives. Debbie Crummey
