On April 22nd 7pm, Galway Branch will be welcoming Niamh Brennan to give a talk on Arthritis and Physical Activity. Niamh will discuss the effect of exercise on the management of arthritis and how the pandemic has changed the exercise patterns of people living with arthritis.

Niamh Brennan is a GMIT Sports Science graduate and did her placement with Galway Branch last year. She led a seated exercise class and a walking group. Much of what Niamh learned via those exercise classes and subsequent surveys related to Covid-19 will be touched on during her talk.
