Activator Pole Exercise Classes in Longford

NEW date is Tue 3rd May at 11.45am-12.45pm in The Mall Astroturf.

We are invited by Longford Sports Partnership to join Trainer Frank Fahy for 5 sessions, followed by 4 sessions led by our Arthritis Trained Leaders Betty & Patricia, also in the Mall Astroturf.

Poles will be provided on loan to all who attend.

Both courses are free.

Course 1: May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st.

Course 2: June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th.
