Tai Chi classes in Doonbeg

Arthritis Ireland Clare branch will be hosting Tai Chi classes for people with arthritis in Doonbeg hall on Monday mornings at 10 a.m.

Session of 6 classes costs 30 euro or €6 for one class (pay as you go).
