
The Arthritis Ireland Kildare branch is hosting a Young Arthritis Network conference on Saturday 30 September in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
This free conference is open to all young people aged between 18-50 years, who are living with arthritis.

12.30 Young arthritis patient stories – a collection of stories related to the home, work and community life of several young people

1.30 Psychotherapist-led discussion groups with participants safely addressing relevant issues - Dr Rosario Power (psychologist), Ailbhe O’Reilly and Anne Marie Gannon
3.00 Fitsticks workshop with introduction to Nordic walking – poles supplied and led by Frank Fahy, Fitwalk.

Maynooth is serviced by regular trains coming from Connolly station Dublin and Sligo/Longford trains. The 66 and 67 Dublin bus route run directly into Maynooth and stop on the road outside the hotel. There is also amply parking at the hotel.
