Duties: Responsible for the overall development and management of all supports and services within Arthritis Ireland, including the Living Well with Arthritis Programme, Fit for Work Initiative, the Helpline and Physical Activity programmes.
Outside Arthritis Ireland: Spending as much time as possible with my husband and 2 young children, especially in the outdoors!

Nathalie Peyret 
PA to CEO & Office Manager
Duties: Responsible for the efficient running of the office.

Brian Lynch 
Communications Manager
Duties: Achieving greater awareness and understanding of arthritis and the work of Arthritis Ireland in service provision, research, advocacy and fundraising. Media contact point.
Outside Arthritis Ireland: Passionate about music and books, getting out on the bike and supporting the Waterford hurlers, the perennial champions of hope.

Shane Downer
Account Manager
Duties: Responsible for growing Arthritis Ireland’s income, identifying and developing new relationships, nurturing partnerships with individuals and organisations, and championing arthritis as a cause worth supporting.
Outside Arthritis Ireland: Finding the occasional fairway, exploring Spain, creatively writing and of most importance, being with family and learning with and from my two daughters.

Duties: Responsible for the administration of Arthritis Ireland programmes and events and maintenance of databases.

Duties: Supporting and developing our community-based volunteer network and developing stronger programmes to reach out to more people with arthritis.
Outside Arthritis Ireland: Loves travelling, to meet new people and experience new cultures and different food. Also enjoys being outdoors, baking, reflexology and going to the cinema.
