The Breaking the Pain Cycle Programme is designed to help you understand your pain and identify ways to better manage it by developing your personal pain management plan. You will learn to take an active role in your pain management and know where to get help and support when you need it. After this 3 hour workshop you will:

- understand the types of pain and their causes

- understand the pain cycle and how various factors can affect pain

- learn about pain management and become an active self-management

- learn different methods of coping with your pain
