Meditation Morning for people with Arthritis. 
Arthritis Ireland Westmeath branch are starting our mindful Meditation mornings with Maureen.

Starting 15th March at 11 a.m. and every second Wednesday morning thereafter.

Venue is beside Ballinderry hospital. 
Directions: As you turn in for Ballinderry hospital off the main road it is the first house on the left.
