• The Living Well with Pain is a free online group programme, delivered over six workshops via zoom. It is delivered by two trained peer leaders, at least one of whom is living with arthritis.
  • The Living Well with Pain Workshop can help you develop the skills and confidence to manage your pain. Techniques taught in workshops to deal with symptoms of pain, such as fatigue, sleeplessness, stress, and emotional problems (such as depression, anger, fear, and frustration), with emphasis on cognitive behavioural therapy techniques for managing pain.
